Operations Director
Sarah Holdstock is the Operations Director for the Specialist and Public Service business stream. She has overall responsibility for the delivery of Pensions and Payroll administration services for the Mineworkers Pension Scheme, the Metropolitan Police, and Hampshire, and Surrey Police Forces. She is currently responsible for 140 staff and has sixteen years experience of managing at a senior level.
Sarah has worked in pensions for 25 years and previously managed Xafinity Paymaster’s public sector payroll teams covering the NHS, Armed Forces, Civil Service, higher judiciary and other large public sector pensioner payroll operations. Her experience has covered both operations and client management.
Sarah’s responsibilities include:
- People management
- Process implementation
- Contractual finances
- Service offering ownership
- Client satisfaction.
Sarah has a Master of Business Administration and is a member nominated Trustee. She is also a member of the Home Office Police Pensions Working Party.
