Guiza De Sousa

Guida is a knowledgeable Team Leader with four years experience in the pensions service industry.  She is a motivator and developer of people, as well as a manager of large schemes, in excess of 300,000 members.  Guida has the ability to drive, manage and implement change to improve efficiencies and service delivery.   

Guida’s key responsibilities are:

  • Delivery of service to agreed standard;
  • Performance measurement and management of team activities;
  • Monitoring, producing and acting on performance measurement information;
  • Reviewing, controlling and instigating new procedures to maintain and improve standards.  

Guida will lead the team of administrators to achieve service provision to agreed standards.  She will be accountable for successfully integrating any TUPE transfer staff, client satisfaction and for identifying service improvement and efficiency savings.  She will also develop the customer ethos throughout the team and ensure development plans and professional training is up to date, ensuring service excellence.
