Graham Hollands

Graham joined Xafinity Paymaster in February 2009. He has over 20 years pensions administration and management experience. Graham has experience of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes for both the public and private sectors. Graham has managed high profile clients, such as the Metropolitan Police.

Graham is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a member of the Public Service Pensions Admin Working Group.

Graham's responsibilities include:

• Process implementation
• Contractual finances
• Service offering ownership
• Client satisfaction.

Graham works closely with Julia Wyatt, your Service Delivery Manager and the service team to ensure an outstanding service and is a point of escalation for any issues.
